Lindsay Lohan’s attempt at getting her career back on track is heading in the right direction, as she’s just booked a major TV gig on HBO’s Eastbound & Down.
The actress, who just completed 90 days in rehab and will be shooting an eight-part docu-series with Oprah Winfrey chronicling her life as she tries to maintain her sobriety and start working again, will be on the season finale of the show as Kenny Powers’ (Danny McBridge) adult illegitimate daughter.
According to TMZ, Lohan, 27, is currently shooting her cameo with the cast and crew in North Carolina. E! Online’s sources also say that Lohan will be filming a wedding scene and she will be the bride.
Lohan posted a selfie on Instagram yesterday, saying, "#back@work! So grateful today! :)" She was likely referring to being on set of Eastbound & Down.
Her first gig coming fresh out of rehab was a guest hosting job on E!’s Chelsea Lately, where she filled in for host Chelsea Handler.
