The concluding part of the Reunion Special of Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta began with a discussion about Rasheeda and Kirk’s marriage. Kirk’s excuse for his rude comments regarding Rasheeda’s pregnancy was that the timing was wrong for her pregnancy. He also said that he thought that the pull-out method was an effective birth control method (Really Kirk?). Rasheeda said that it was not an excuse. After a clip shown of Kirk cheating on Rasheeda, Kirk was laughing as if the situation was funny and said that he thought he had a pass from Rasheeda to cheat and the he wanted to free his mind. Rasheeda said that she felt disgusted, embarrassed, and ready to kill Kirk. She also said that she Benzino was guilty by association. In response, Benzino said that he felt bad for Rasheeda and felt somewhat responsible for Kirk cheating on her. Traci, being extra, felt the need to yell out that Kirk and Benzino were with “Popcorn H**s” and “Dirty Hoes.” Rasheeda said that she is still considering talking to a lawyer about a possible separation or divorce from Kirk. She also said that their storyline was not scripted. At the end of their segment, Kirk gave another half a**ed apology.
Moving on to Mimi: Mimi reiterated that she is a “happy kind of b***h” even though a recap of her outbursts show otherwise. Stevie felt that he felt responsible for Mimi’s anger and apologized to Mimi, even though she did not accept it. Mimi told Stevie that they need to continue to be friends and respect each other. All of a sudden, Nikko popped up and K Michelle walked away. As Nikko and Stevie got into each other’s face, Benzino felt the need to walk up to defend his bro. Nikko defended the watch that he gave to Mimi and said that it was real. Nikko and Stevie argued and Stevie made it rain all over Nikko (Dang!). Ariane said that Nikko is unauthentic and that he took advantage of Mimi’s vulnerability. At the end of the segment, Nikko and Stevie continued to argue and Nikko called him a bus driver.
It’s time to move on to Stevie and Benzino. Benzino talked about how his “Smashed the Homie” video came about. Karlie reiterated that Benzino did show her a sexual video of Joseline. Next, Executive Producer Mona Scott-Young showed a clip of Erica, Ariane, K Michelle, and Joseline talking about how Benzino was trying to hook up with all of them. Next, Karlie said that Benzino asked her to come to her dressing room. In response, Benzino pulled out his phone and read a text from Karlie that said “I thought that you were coming to my dressing room.” (Really? Pure foolishness)
Now, it’s time to revisit Erica and Scrappy’s drama. In regard to Erica popping off on Momma Dee, Erica said that in an unaired clip, Momma Dee called her a b***h and that was why she snapped. Momma Dee said that she doesn’t have to accept anything that she doesn’t like in regards to Erica and Scrappy. Erica’s mother Mignon said that Momma Dee should not disrespect her and Erica. Momma Dee admitted that she went too far by telling her to go “smoke a straight shooter” which means to go smoke a crack pipe since she used to be a drug addict. After Erica said that Scrappy was not faithful throughout their engagement, Scrappy insinuated that Erica cheated with a married man, got pregnant by him and had an abortion. Recently, Scrappy said in an interview that what he said was a lie (Really Scrappy?). Shay said that Scrappy texted her while he was in rehab, even though he was trying to make things work with Erica at the same time. Shay and Erica argued and yelled (Nothing new).
Mona Scott-Young announced that K Michelle will not be returning to Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta, but will be on Love and Hip Hop: New York. After her performance of “VSOP,” K Michelle gave an emotional good-bye to the cast. After that, there was a recap of Joseline’s funny one-liners from this season.
Until next season, see you next time!
