A Conyers, Georgia man died after taking a 65-foot fall during the Atlanta Braves’ game against the Philadelphia Phillies Monday night.

On Tuesday morning, Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office investigator James Bartlett identified the man was identified as 29-year-old Ronald Homer, reports CNN. Homer fell just after 8:55 p.m., landing in a secured parking lot. Police said that it looks like it was an accident, but noted that it was too early to say if alcohol was a factor.

According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the game against the Phillies was delayed due to rain, so Homer fell just after the game started.

Homer’s mother, Connie Homer, spoke with WXIA. “I'm just sick,” she said. “We're a very close family. He was big-hearted.”

The autopsy is set for Tuesday morning.

The Braves issued a statement, which read, “There was an accident earlier tonight at Turner Field with a spectator falling from the upper level. The spectator has been transported to the hospital. The Atlanta Police Department are investigating and we refer all media inquiries to them at this time.”

This is the second recent death of a fan from a fall at an Atlanta sports venue. On Aug. 31, 2012, a fan fell at the Georgia Dome during a game between Tennessee and North Carolina State. In May 2008, a 25-year-old fan fell 150 feet at Turner Field.
