Olivia Wilde appeared on Good Morning America to promote her new film Drinking Buddies, which also stars Anna Kendrick, Jake Johnson and Ron Livingston, where she talked about embracing turning 30.
She slammed plastic surgery, saying, “There are too many young women who are cutting up their faces, and it makes me sad and they all look the same.”
E! Online reports she also said of the milestone birthday that she’s at the age where “you’re not living your life for your parents or your peers. You're living life for yourself.”
For her new movie Drinking Buddies, Wilde and the rest of the cast improvised most of it.
“There are certain scenes I swear I don't remember shooting. Not because we were drinking too much beer -- that was clearly part of it," she laughed, USA Today reports. "But because it was improvised it almost flows so much from your subconscious that you don't have time to judge what you're saying or doing.”
The film, which Wilde’s fiancé Jason Sudeikis also has a small role in, comes out Aug. 23.
