JoAnna Garcia Swisher has been announced to be the newest actress joining the cast of 'Once Upon A Time,' fulfilling the role of Ariel.
Fans have been pleading to see the redheaded disney princess come to life in the fantasy-centered show, and during Comic Con this past month the show's creators finally announced that they heard their fans' wishes, says Huffington Post. The news was broken via minute and a half long teaser trailer where Ariel sneakily pilfers Grumpy's fork.
The Little Mermaid's storyline is set to debut on the newest season's sixth episode, aptly titled 'Ariel.' The show's creators have also promised a fascinating back story and even better twist, says TV Guide.
Garcia is set to guest star in at least two episodes as the Little Mermaid, but we're hoping it's way more!
