Two-time Super Bowl winning quarterback Eli Manning is adding “rap artist” to his resume. The New York Giant’s QB alongside his Denver Bronco’s brother Peyton rap in a new commercial for DirecTV.
As Newsday notes, the Manning brothers cheese it up in the new 80’s style rap where they rap about “Football on your phone.” Clad in mullets, chains and denim jeans, Peyton and Eli start off the three minute commercial rap in the barber’s office where Peyton presses his little brother on what he’s doing. “I’m watching football,” Eli informs.
The boys jump into song, with Eli at one point singing, "It's like I spilled milk all over your blouse on accident, or on purpose. It's like the milk is football and your blouse is the phone. Uh huh. Yea."
If the two brothers weren’t enough, even their pro-football father Archie joins in on the commercial, sitting on a throne rapping, “Uh huh. Yea."
Since the video’s posting it has received over 47,000 views.
