Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks is gushing about her second child, Dylan, who she gave birth to three weeks early in the beginning of May.

The reality star and lawyer, as well as mom to big brother Ayden, 3, talked about how her first child reacted to having a sibling.

"Ayden pretends to ride his bike to the store for diapers and calls him 'my baby!'" the proud mom told Us Weekly.

Parks also joked that she and husband, Apollo Nida, called Dylan "Mr. President” before their traditional African naming ceremony.

She continued on about enjoying this special time, "Right now, we're just enjoying every moment, because once the baby grows up, I can't put him in a time machine!"

But it wasn’t so peaceful with little Dylan arrived at 7 lbs., 9 ozs. "I hadn't packed anything or even made arrangements for Ayden," she said of going into labor three weeks early during a business trip and 150 miles from home. "And I'm usually an Eagle Scout when it comes to being prepared!"

Parks, 40, and Nida, 34, welcomed Dylan via emergency C-section on May 7.
