Barbados beauty Rihanna was allegedly facing a hefty lawsuit from the funeral company she used to bury her beloved grandmother.
TMZ reports that Rihanna through a party for her beloved “Gran Gran Dolly” following her passing which cost around $150,000. The funeral was complete with tents, big screens and floral arrangements and when the bill was sent to the “S&M” singer, she would only agree to pay a quarter of the bill, the company alleged.
Now, Rihanna’s rep has responded to the claims saying that the bill has been paid in full and any allegations that she refused to do so are “completely false.”
Rihanna was devastated by the loss of grandmother, who died in 2012. As we previously reported, she posted a letter on her Twitter that reads, “#grangrandolly you are going to have the best party today. #allblackerrthang! and I'm gon' try to hold it all in, try to hold back my tears."
Following her death, Rihanna got a new tattoo in honor of her.
