A man who was squatting in Jennifer Lopez’s Hamptons pool house, 49-year-old John M. Dubis, has been charged with two felonies and two misdemeanors.

Dubis, of Rhode Island, was charged with burglary and criminal contempt) and stalking and possession of burglar tools on Wednesday. He entered a not guilty plea at the Southampton Town Court.

According to E! Online, he’s been held at the Suffolk County Jail on $100,000 bail and will have to undergo testing to see if he’s fit to continue with court proceedings.

Workers found Dubis on the property on Aug. 8 and reported that a suspicious male was on the Water Mill property. He was reportedly staying in the pool house for one week before he was discovered.

NY Daily News notes he’s due back in court on Aug. 28 and Lopez, 44, has an order of protection against him.

Lopez bought her Hamptons home in May for a reported $9.99 million. She will reportedly return to Fox’s American Idol this fall.
