Little Prince George is on the move. Prince William is said to have returned back to work after the birth of his first child. The Duchess of Cambridge has packed her bags and moved closer to Prince William, so that he can still have an active role in his son’s life while he is working.
But the Duchess was not alone. Kate is traveling alongside of her mother, who has been staying with her daughter since the birth of her first grandson. Kate’s mother is proving to be a great asset to the family and to Kate.
The two are very close and Kate’s mother was the first one to see the newly born Prince.
According to Daily Mail Carole Middleton, Kate’s mother has taken the role as live-in grandma. She had her daughter and grandson stay with her for three weeks and has recently traveled with the two, up near where Prince William is stationed.
It’s been noted that the couple is very grateful for all of Carole’s help with raising and looking after Prince George.
The couple will eventually move into their newly renovated living quarters in the next few weeks.
According to International Business Times their newly renovated apartment in Kensington Palace has 57 rooms and has cost over 1 million pounds.
As for now, the Duchess of Cambridge is spending some mommy, son and grandmother bonding time will Prince William is away on military duty. It’s a great time to bond before moving into their new home.
