If you were glued to your couch last night watching the VMA's, we know you saw Miley Cyrus' performance of her hit song "We Can't Stop." But, what caught us off guard was her attire during the show.
She wore a silver sequin leotard with a bear on it, pigtail braids and hot red lipstick. She really got down and dirty while singing too. We hardly recognized her when the twerking started.
Then, Robin Thicke came out and the pair sang "Blurred Lines." What really caught the audience's attention though, was when Miley turned her twerking on Thicke.
Mostly, the audience was horrified when Cyrus peeled off part of her leotard, revealing a two-piece suit and a well-toned stomach. We know one thing - she looks absolutely great. She's been twerking and working on that body of hers!
The event took place at the Barclays Center in the Brooklyn borough of New York.
Evidently, Rihanna and the boys of One Direction were not impressed one bit by Cyrus' performance.
According to Huffingtonpost, Rihanna's blank stare and Harry Styles' furrowed brow said it all - without actually speaking words.
One reaction from E! Online surprised us: "Raise your hand if you feel personally victimized by Miley Cyrus' #VMAs performance," quotes Twitter.
Some people desired to know what had happened since last year's VMA's, when the star had looked so classy in a black gown. It was quite a change last night, when Cyrus sported a bedazzled crop top and a pair of matching leggings, says Huffingtonpost.
She's all grown up now and she can't stop!
