Tameka Raymond attempted to serve Usher’s Aunt Rena, who was watching Usher Raymond V at the time of his near drowning, but Rena could not be found.
As we previously reported, Tameka filed for emergency custody of her two sons claiming that her ex-husband is leaving her children in unsafe situations following Monday’s scary accident where 5-year-old Usher got his arm stuck in a pool drain.
According to TMZ, Tameka wants Rena present at the hearing to tell her side of the story to further prove her theory that her children are not safe in Usher’s care. TMZ notes that there was not a cover on the drain where Usher got his arm stuck attempting to retrieve a toy.
Tameka attempted to have Rena served with a subpoena, but could not find her; therefore she does not have to appear in court. Tameka will still move forward in the hopes to obtain full custody of the children.
Usher currently has full custody of their two sons.
