This season is Rivals 2 right? Because in the beginning of this weeks episode it seemed like we were in the middle of the Battle of the Exes all over again. This episode featured betrayals and contradictions from one specific person (guess who) along with some great wipeouts.

This week started off in a place where episodes typically end, the club. This is where all the ex couple drama began, and of course who else to start the drama but Frank. At the club it was revealed that Frank and Jonna have a very close relationship, and that Frank promised Jonna he wouldn't vote her in the whole time they were in the house. In Frank and Jonna's conversation at the club, Frank bad-mouthed almost every single person in the house especially Jemmye. He called her the ugliest girl ever cast for a challenge, which she overheard while sitting with ex boyfriend Knight. At the house, Jemmye went on to get angry with Knight for not defending her while Frank was talking bad about her.

Things got out of hand when Camilla came in and tried to get Jemmye to walk away from fighting with Knight. Camilla started yelling at Jemmye to walk away, which she did. This made Camilla turn her attention to Knight, and thats when Johnny interjected and jokingly said "don't listen to her she's out of her f'ing mind". This made Camilla literally lose her mind as she attempted to attack Johnny, but was held down by two or three different girls. Johnny didn't know what he did, and it didn't seem like much but Johnny pointed out that they too are exes and Camilla holds a grudge against him since the battle of the exes.

Things eventually settled down and it was time for this weeks challenge, which looked intimidating. This week required both teammates to swing on a trapeze and try to get to another trapeze that would bring them close to a buoy. This all happened above water, and after the competitors fell from the trapeze they needed to swim to a midway buoy, and then back to the finish buoy. The team with the fastest time wins.

The girls faired better in this weeks challenge than the guys did, most likely because this was a girls week. Half of the guy teams didn't finish the challenge, as Marlon and Preston both quit, leaving their partners Jordan and Knight hanging. Johnny and Frank, and Wes and C.T. both finished but with Johnny dragging Frank down, Wes and C.T. took this challenge home and now will make the order for the next challenge.

On the girls side, all of the teams finished, some better than others, but they all completed the challenge. Cooke and Cara Maria went first and they set the bar extremely low as Cara Maria complained she couldn't breathe and literally needed to be carried to the buoy by Cooke. Jonna and Nany also struggled during this challenge, and at one point it seemed like they were both swimming in place, making no progress. On the other side of the spectrum, Diem and Aneesa, and Jemmye and Camilla (both lifeguards) killed this challenge, and were the top two female teams in the end. T.J. announced that Jemmye and Camilla won by five seconds over Aneesa and Diem, giving them their first victory of the season, and saving them from elimination. This was kind of foreshadowed before when both Jemmye and Camilla were fighting with their exes, because them two oddly bonded over the fact that they were living with ex-boyfriends. As for the loser of the challenge Cara Maria and Cooke beat out Jonna and Nany for the worst time and that meant that Cooke and Cara were headed straight to the jungle once again.

Before deliberation Frank was put in a pretty tough spot. Let's preface this by saying it is pretty clear that Johnny is the alpha-male in that pairing. With that being said, Frank had promised to not vote Jonna in, but that was the choice to be made according to Johnny's plan, because Diem and Aneesa, and Paula and Emily are both on Johnny's side in this game. Frank had to decide whether to go with Johnny or fight to keep his friend in the house, which Diem was against big time.

At the deliberation C.T. and Wes had the first vote, and, not surprisingly, voted for Jonna and Nany. Jordan and Marlon then went on to vote for Paula and Emily as Jordan would not vote for Jonna, his hook up buddy throughout the season. Preston and Knight had the next vote and gave Jonna and Nany vote number two, making the final vote come down to Johnny and Frank. It was at this point that Frank's true colors came out because Johnny casted his teams vote for Jonna and Nany, which obviously made Jonna very angry. This one decision by Frank was contradictory in many different ways. First of all he had promised Jonna he wouldn't vote for her. Second of all, he called out Jordan and Marlon for voting in Theresa and Jasmine in the last girls deliberation when Jordan had given them their word. Frank gave Jonna his word before the season, and then went against it, doing the same thing he was skeptical of Jordan for. Thirdly Frank was all about staying true to friends and not being selfish in this game. He went against that and after the vote, he said at some point self preservation needs to kick in. This is the exact reason why Frank was angry at the club, because everyone else was just looking out for themselves, meanwhile that is all he really cares about.

At the jungle between Jonna and Nany and Cara Maria and Cooke, Frank was seen wearing Jonna's shirt as a headband, a move which Marlon questioned because Frank had just voted her in. Marlon basically was saying that Frank should pick a side and stick to it. Now back to the actual competition in the jungle. This weeks jungle was another familiar one, as the girls were set to play snapper. This is the challenge where one player from each team is blindfolded and has a bell attached to their leg. They are holding a stick, and with the direction of their teammate they must find their opponent and break the stick over their body. Best two of three wins. This jungle, unfortunately for Nany and Jonna, was not much of a contest. Cooke and Cara Maria had better communication, and Cooke was able to break her stick over Nany first. Then in the second round Cara Maria broke her stick over Jonna's body right before Jonna was able to, to secure the victory. This made Frank look even worse, as he could be considered the sole reason for Jonna and Nany's exit from the competition. Jonna exited saying that Jordan was the most honest guy in the house, and on her way out of the jungle she shouted an expletive at Frank. On the other hand two female teams showed this week that they are no joke, and will be tough to beat and they were Jemmye and Camilla who are really starting to gel at the right time, and Cooke and Cara Maria, who have been sent into the jungle over and over again but always come back in convincing fashion. Paula admitted after the jungle that she is worried about Cooke and Cara Maria because they are a strong team, and there is nothing they can do to get rid of them, a sentiment that Jemmye later agreed with.

There are now four teams left on each side, which means there is one more guy challenge left, and one more girl challenge left. All of the teams remaining are strong teams and have a great chance of winning the big money, maybe with the exception of Knight and Preston, who are being kept around as a safety valve. Frank might have made a big mistake by putting a big target on his back with just one challenge remaining, but in all likelihood he will be fine because the numbers are seemingly on his side. Either way two more episodes and then its final challenge time, things are getting pretty intense, and judging by the coming attractions the intensity will be raised even a few more notches before three teams from each side battle for the big money.
