Tamar Braxton is introducing her son, 2-month-old Logan to the world. Braxton gave birth to her first child with husband Vincent Herbert on June 6.
Braxton, who’s the younger sister of singer Toni Braxton, has her own reality show with Herbert on WE tv called Tamar & Vince. Her family also has a reality show called Braxton Family Values.
The Real co-host, 36, said the hospital was a funny scene while she was giving birth. "Vincent had a Hugh Hefner robe on and was doling out orders to everyone," she told Us Weekly. "And my sister Toni was giving unsolicited advice on how to push."
She added that their son’s name comes from one of Vince’s favorite shows, The Bold and the Beautiful.
"Vince loves the soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. We tape it every day," she said. "There is a character named Brooke Logan, and we got Logan from her last name because we wanted the initials LV. Logan kind of stuck with us -- we really like it."
She also admitted of taking home her newborn, "I remember being shocked. I could not believe that this is my baby and I had to take this baby home with me. I remember not wanting to hold him at first because I was scared I was going to drop him, so Vincent did a lot of the holding because he was just so little and fragile. I was like 'Oh, my God, I'm going to break his bones."
