Usher Raymond’s 5-year-old son, Usher Raymond V has been hospitalized after nearly drowning in a swimming pool Monday evening.
Sources tell TMZ that little Usher saw a toy stuck in the drain, when he dived down to get the toy his arm go stuck in the drain. His aunt jumped in free the child, but was unsuccessful. The main then dove into the pool in attempt to free Usher, but was unsuccessful as well. The women shouted for help and two men who were working on the home came to the rescue and freed the young boy.
According to the report, Usher Raymond V was given CPR and rushed to the ICU.
His father was not at home at the time of the accident, but did ride in the ambulance alongside his son to the hospital.
This is the second bout of tragedy for Usher, who lost his 11-year-old son Kile Glover last year following a boating accident at the lake. Kile was declared brain dead days after the accident and was taken off of life support and died.
