Fans of ABC Family’s megahit Pretty Little Liars have been eagerly awaited a sneak peek at the drama’s spinoff, Ravenswood, and today they finally got it.
A 60-second clip debuted today and it features a familiar face, a moody song by The Civil Wars, a town cemetery and some creepy falling feathers.
The promo doesn’t feature any actual material from the show, as the program didn’t start filming until last week, according toTV.com.
However, the Ravenswood promo prominently features PLL’s Caleb (Tyler Blackburn), who will be relocating to Ravenswood later this season. The promo also gives fans glimpses of the other members of the new gang, including Merritt Patterson, Britne Oldford, Brett Dier and Nicole Gale Anderson, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
In true PLL suspenseful fashion, details about the spin-off have been kept secret, but the trailer promises a “curse” will fall upon Ravenswood. According to TVLine, the show’s premiere is set to follow the Pretty Little Liars Halloween-themed episode on Oct. 22.
