This week on The Talk, co-hosts Julie Chen, Aisha Tyler, Sharon Osbourne, Sheryl Underwood and Sara Gilbert are revealing their biggest secrets. On Tuesday, Tyler revealed her struggles with infertility.

People reports that Tyler admitted to undergoing IVF treatments in 2011 in the hopes of conceiving a child with her husband Jeff Tietjens.
“We went through the process. There are all these shots, they make your body crazy, they make you emotional, they hurt. I was getting shots every day,” she explained. “I wasn’t telling you guys — my husband and I were going through this at home together. He hated giving me the shots, he probably cried more than I did.”

Continuing Tyler emotionally explained, “After going through a lot of procedures and spending a lot of money … the doctor said, ‘Look, based on what we’re seeing here, I just don’t think this is going to happen for you.’”

Tyler notes that she has no given up her dream to have a baby, tearfully noting that it hurts her so much because she knows her husband would be a great father. She also noted that along with her husband, they are exploring the idea of adoption. “I love the idea of adoption…But I feel like this is such a fresh wound that I want to let it heal for a while before I think about what we could do.”

On Thursday, Chen revealed her secret of having plastic surgery on her eyes, while on Wednesday, Osbourne revealed that she had a “flingy wingy” with Jay Leno.
