Amanda Bynes’ Twitter account was hacked over the weekend, posting a tweet a-la Bynes professing her love for Drake.

The tweet on August 31 marks the first tweet since July 19 days before she was placed on a 72 hour 5150 psychiatric hold after setting fire to a Thousand Oaks, California driveway . However, the tweet was obviously not from Bynes as she remains in treatment under psychiatric evaluation without access to phone of computer.

A statement from Byne’s parent’s attorney, Tamar Arminak, was released following the tweets posting. “Her twitter account was hacked. She has not had access to a computer since being at Hillmont, and has not made any calls other than her parents since her admittance at Hillmont."

On Friday, a judge ordered that Bynes be remain in the facility for one year, however it is unlikely that she will remain in the hospital for 60 days. She will remain in the UCLA Medical Center until she is released to her mother’s care.
