Apple is offering a refund to those who purchased a Season Pass for Breaking Bad twice.

The Season Pass for the fifth season of Breaking Bad was incorrectly marketed as the "final season," except the show was split in half and customers only got the first half, ABC News reports.

AMC had decided to split season 5 of the drama into two halves and so iTunes Season Pass only included the first half.

Apple emailed customers apologizing "for any confusion the naming of 'Season 5' and 'The Final Season' of Breaking Bad might have caused."

The company then offered credit to some customers saying, "While the names of the seasons and episodes associated with them were not chosen by iTunes, we'd like to offer you 'The Final Season' on us." The $22.99 in credit could then be used to purchase any content in iTunes Store.

Earlier in September, a fan actually filed a lawsuit against Apple over the Season Pass issue, The Verge notes.

Noam Lzebnik, who filed the suit, said, "When a consumer buys a ticket to a football game, he does not have to leave at halftime. The lawsuit only asked that Apple refund the price of a Season Pass to those who paid twice.
