Beyonce and Jay-z have landed atop of Forbes Highest-Paid Couples list.
Forbes has released another highest-paid list, this time its about couples, and Beyonce and Jay Z blew the competition out of the water after earning an estimated $95 million between June 2012 and June 2013.
Jay Z's Watch The Throne tour earned $1.4 million a night, while Beyonce's own Mrs. Carter world tough brought in $2 million a night. The couple is helped by earning money outside of music. Jay Z was a part owner of the Brooklyn Nets, though he had to sell after starting up Roc Nation Sports. The rapper will be ditching his share in the Barclays Center as well.
According to E! Online, Beyonce and Jay Z are trying to trademark their daughter's name, Blue Ivy, so they have the right to monetize her name.
Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen made the no. 2 spot after grossing an estimated $80 million. Bundchen out-earned Brady by $4 million because she's the world's highest-paid model. The Patriots star also signed a new contract during the time period as well as has endorsement deals with Uggs and Under Armor.
The third spot went to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie after making $50 million. With the exception of making $7 million from Chanel, the couple earned their money from movies only.
The rest of Forbes' list includes Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis ($35 million) and Kanye West and Kim Kardashian ($30 million).
