Carrie Underwood debuted her new Sunday Night Football theme song on Sunday. She took over for Faith Hill, who has been singing "Waiting All Day for Sunday Night" for the past six years.
Earlier in the day, Underwood teased fans on Twitter.
I've got this funny feeling that I'm going to be waiting all day for something...

Producer Fred Gaudelli said in May of their choice, “Carrie Underwood was our first and only choice to perform the Sunday Night Football opening. She’s one of America’s most popular entertainers and the perfect fit for our show.”
E! Online notes Underwood, 30, sang the song in the beginning of the show before the New York Giants and the Dallas Cowboys played.
“Who's ready for @SNFonNBC? Woo hoooo!!! I'm so excited!” she also tweeted.
Underwood previously talked about it, saying “We were definitely mindful — she had put her mark on it for so many years. We definitely wanted to go in and make sure we switched gears a little bit and made it sound more like me. And changed up the look and the feel just so it wasn't, you know, the same song with a different blondie up there singing it.”
