After feeling regretful for blasting Miley Cyrus' MTV performance, Cher voices her opinion again.
Cher first spoke to USA Today about her disapproval of Cyrus' MTV VMA performance.
"I'm not old-fashioned," Cher said. "She could have come out naked, and if she'd just rocked the house, I would have said, 'You go, girl.' It just wasn't done well. She can't dance, her body looked like hell, the song wasn't great, one cheek was hanging out. And, chick, don't stick out your tongue if it's coated."
Cher later went to twitter to explain that she went about things the wrong way.
What I should have said,"I didn't like it that much,but she's Pushing The Envelope,being an ARTIST ! She's Talented,& DIDNT COMMIT A FELONY

Despite her posts, contactmusic.com reports that during a TV interview with CBS, Cher expressed her disapproval again.
"I just don't like to see things done badly," Cher said. "I just thought all of it was terrible. Outfit, terrible. Dancing, terrible. Singing, average. Performance, terrible. If she'd just come out there and kicked a**, even though I don't think that I would have loved it, I would have respected it, and I would have appreciated it. That whole area that she was in was not something that I would gravitate to myself," she added.
Miley Cyrus has not yet responded to any of Cher's comments.
