A cop is being accused of taking a peek at Whitney Houston’s naked corpse and making an inappropriate comment. A claim has been filed by a former Beverly Hills SWAT sergeant.
In the claim, obtained by the LA Times, Sgt. Brian Weir claims Terry Nutall lifted the sheet covering a dead Houston and said, “Damn, she’s still looking good, huh?”
The claim states Nutall did it "for no legitimate law enforcement inquiry, investigative, or other proper and legal purpose.”
Houston died at the age of 48 in February 2012, and the coroner’s office ruled she died of accidental drowning. Her body was found immersed in water in her bathtub at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills.
Weir also stated in the claim that Nutall made comments that she “looked attractive for a woman of her age and current state.”
Nutall has since lost his position with the SWAT and K-9 units and has had various privileges stripped from him.
