Courteney Cox and ex-husband David Arquette team up one last time to sell their Beverly Hills mansion for $20 million.
The incredible house is 5,500 square feet – complete with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two floors of living room, floor-to-ceiling windows and a swimming pool. It was designed by architect A. Quincy Jones.
According to TMZ, they bought the house in 2004 and lived there together until they separated a few years ago.
For awhile, the house was pocket listed, but when the couple wasn't satisfied with the offers they were receiving, they put the house on MLS (America's Real Estate Portal) so all potential buyers could view it.
This is the last thing that the couple own together, and since the couple finalized their divorce five months ago, they will officially be over when the house is sold. However, they announced that they will remain friends for their daughter Coco.
In fact, US Weekly reports that the Cougar Town actress had only good things to say about Arquette when she spoke of him to Ellen DeGeneres. He's my best friend in the world," she said "I love him. I appreciate David more now than I ever did. I mean...it's hard. I don't recommend divorce in general, but he is my best friend, and we've both grown and changed, and I think we both appreciate each other more.”
