The Duck Dynasty family, the Robertsons, have been active in their Christian evangelist church for over three decades. The family often gives sermons at White’s Ferry Road Church of Christ in West Monroe, LA and even participates in a tradition called Duck Commander Sunday, which has been in effect since before their popular reality show.
The tradition sees the whole Robertson clan preaching to their church in full camo gear, which they’re known to sport on the A&E show.
TMZ has footage of Phil Robertson the CEO of the family businesses Duck Commander and Buck Commander, giving an intense sermon to the congregation.
Moreover, the Robertson family hasn’t been shy about their faith and have stayed true to themselves the whole way through – popular reality show and all.
Uncle Si, born Silas Merrit Robertson, even shares some of his faith in his book Si-Cology 1: Tales and Wisdom From Duck Dynasty’s Favorite Uncle.
He told the Christian Post about his belief in God, “A person asked me one time, 'what's the evidence that God is there?' And I said, I'll go out here and pick up an acorn from under a tree. You put it in the ground and water it, and 40 years later when you come back, there might be an oak tree as big around as a pick-up truck. Inside that little acorn is the resurrection power. That has to come from somewhere. It didn't just exist."
