Fox has put in a pilot order from Jennifer Garner's Vandalia Films.
The show, titled The Whole Shebang, is about a single soccer mom who comes to inherit a male strip club, Variety reports. She finds herself with a new makeshift family who begins helping her turn her life around.
Jason Micallef is coming on to write the pilot and executive produce. He previously wrote Butter, which Garner starred in. Garner won't be on the show, but will serve as an executive producer.
The stripper drama will be done through Warner Bros, with whom she signed a two-year development deal with in June, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Garner will be next seen on the big screen in The Dallas Buyers Club, which stars a gaunt Matthew McConaughey and Jared Leto.
Variety notes that Garner started out on TV, starring in the ABC spy show Alias.
Recently, the actress spoke out in support of her husband Ben Affleck getting the role of Batman in Superman v. Batman. "You know I was excited for him."
"I was excited because he had a real take on what he wanted to do, and you know, I have to say, my husband is a pretty great storyteller himself, and I'm excited to watch him do it."
