Just days before it starts its fourth season, Fox has renewed the animated comedy Bob’s Burgers for a fifth season.
Fox Entertainment chairman Kevin Reilly made the announcement today. In a statement, he called the series “one of those rare finds that just continues to outdo itself, creatively.” He added, “The show has become a key member of our Sunday Animation Domination family, and we're looking forward to attracting new fans with another season
Bob’s Burgers starts its fourth season on Sunday at 8:30 p.m. as part of the network’s Animation Domination line-up. The series centers on a Bob, who has to juggle managing his burger joint with spending time with his family. It features the voices of J. Jon Benjamin, John Roberts, Dan Mintz, Eugene Mirman and Kristen Schaal. The series was just nominated for the Outstanding Animated Comedy Series Emmy.

Fox said that the show was among the Top 10 comedies in the men 18-49 and Men 18-34 demographics last season. It was also one of two comedies that grew in the 18-49 demographic, growing 10 percent over the previous season.
