For fans of Bravo’s Real Housewives of Orange County, prepare for some big changes for next season. Former friends Gretchen Rossi and Alexis Bellino have reportedly been fired from the show.

"Neither will be returning for season nine. The feeling is both of their journeys on the show have come to an end," a source told E! News. "Bravo is constantly looking at the casting and dynamics and it felt like time for a change."

Bravo producers have already been on the lookout for some new talent, and they recently wrapped the eighth season just last month.

Rossi, who’s engaged to series mainstay Slade Smiley, first appeared on the show in Season 4 and Bellino followed suit in Season 5.

"They just had run their course. Gretchen has been on the show a long time, and it was the same old story,” another source told Us Weekly.

The Orange County edition of The Real Housewives was the very first in the popular franchise. Bravo later involved other cities such as New York, New Jersey, Beverly Hills, Atlanta, Miami and D.C. for one season.

Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Judge, Heather Dubrow, and Lydia McLaughlin are still part of the cast -- for now.
