Jennifer Love Hewitt's fiancé Brian Hallisay is being charged with battery after he duked it out with a photographer.
TMZ reports that Hewitt and Hallisay were enjoying a nice dinner at Toscana restaurant in Brentwood when a paparazzo began taking numerous photos of the couple. When asked if he would leave them be, he did not cease taking pictures, and Hallisay got angry, hitting the cameraman in the face.
After allowing the photographer to take a few more pictures of the couple because Hewitt felt bad, they left the restaurant.
Now the papparazo is filing a report against Hallisay for battery. However, the photographer shows no signs of injury. Officials are continuing to investigate The Client List stars' involvement with the photographer.
The Daily News reports that all the 34-year-old actress wants to concentrate on right now is having her baby, who is due in December. She has even postponed her wedding so she will have enough time after the baby to get back to how she wants to look for the ceremony.
