Jon Gosselin allegedly pulled out a gun and fired a warning shot towards a photograph who was trespassing on his Pennsylvania home Friday.
According to TMZ, the unnamed woman followed Gosselin from his new waiting job to his cabin in Beckersville, PA. The photographer trailed the former reality TV star off the main public road and onto dirt roads, wrongly assuming that they were also public.
When the photographer began snapping pictures, Jon pulled a gun from the back of his pants, yelled at the woman for trespassing, and fired a warning shot, TMZ reports.
The photographer says she immediately left, but Jon made sure to follow her back to the main road. She plans to file a report with local police Saturday afternoon.
The Huffington Post reports that in 2009, Gosselin was seen firing a gun in the Pennsylvania woods. The Gosselins were in the midst of divorce proceedings, and a judge prohibited him from firing the gun near the home he once shared with his ex-wife, Kate, and their eight children.
Gosselin has said that he chose to live in the woods to stay off the grid and avoid paparazzi.
