Justin Timberlake's aunt was arrested last Friday for stealing over $64,000 from Timberlake's mom and step-dad. Jane Harless was charged after forging checks for the past two years.

TMZ reports that the “Mirrors” singer's aunt forged her brother's signature on over 100 checks. Mail Online further reports that the 53-year-old was charged with 121 counts of forgery, four counts of identity theft and two counts of property theft.

It's unknown how exactly she got her hands on the checks, but she used to work for Timberlake's step-dad, Paul. Paul is both a minority owner of the Memphis Grizzlies and a partner in the “Sexy Back” singer's Mirimichi golf course. A representative told News Channel 3 that “some of the family members noticed some discrepancies and then it was sort of easy from that point to sort of see exactly what happened.” The family is trying to keep the incident a private matter.

Timberlake's mom and step-dad have been married since he was five years old. Harless is Paul's sister.
