Rapper Kanye West has finally responded to photographer Daniel Ramos’ lawsuit, which came after West allegedly attacked him at the Los Angeles International Airport.

Back in August, Ramos filed the lawsuit over a July scuffle with the Yeezus rapper. Ramos claimed that he was injured in the incident and had to use crutches in order to get around. He even hired Gloria Allred to represent him.

E! News reports that West finally responded to the claims in court documents that were filed on Friday. West’s attorney claims that Ramos does not deserve a cash settlement, noting that nothing has “been damaged in any amount whatsoever."

The document claims that West’s actions were completely in self-defense and that Ramos showed “unlawful and wrongful conduct.”

Allred sent a response to E!, stating, “We think that his defenses are ludicrous and contrary to what the video shows. We are looking forward to going to court and seeing Mr. West trying to prove his response in a court of law.”

West was also charged for attempted grand theft and his arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 10.
