Actress and model Kate Bosworth married filmmaker Michael Polish on Saturday.
The couple, who have been engaged since August 2012, wed at The Ranch at Rock Creek in Philipsburg, Mo. over the weekend, the Daily Mail reports.
The wedding was a small ceremony performed mostly in front of a family and a few close friends. At The Ranch, attendees were given Polaroid cameras to take pictures and display on a board.
According to StarPulse, the couple met at the Big Sur film set in 2011. The wedding ceremony was conducted at sunset and Martha Stewart Weddings photographers snapped shots for magazine Us Weekly’s Winter Edition.
The 30-year-old Superman Returns actress told Instyle UK how they never really dated, saying “I never even dated my husband-to-be. He said to me after just a few weeks, even before we were together, ‘I’m going to marry you.’ He just knew.”
The 40-year-old filmmaker works with his twin brother Mark Polish and has directed such films as The Astronaut Farmer and For Lovers Only.
Bosworth is in the upcoming film Homefront, due out Nov. 27.
