Kevin Durant made a comment that didn't sit too well with Dwayne Wade, sparking a Twitter battle.
CineSport interviwed Kevin Durant, and asked him what he thought about Sports Illustrated's Top 10 NBA players. LA Times reports that Durant was placed at No. 2 on the list while Wade was at No. 8.
According to Washington Post Durant said that James Harden was missing from the list, and deserves to be there. This is where it gets interesting. When asked whom he should replace, Durant said Dwayne Wade.
Once Wade heard about this he responded via Twitter. Wade tweeted an Instagram photo of a hand written note which reads:
"9-24-13
Kevin Durant said James Harden should replace me in the Top 10...
Note to self*
Make him respect your place in history... again..."
Durant then responded with a tweet that said "Show me don't tweet me.."
Everyone loves a little Twitter beef, whether it be all in good fun or not. Let's see how it translates to the court this coming season.
