NBA’s Lamar Odom has been charged with one count of driving under the influence.

According to E! Online, the Los Angeles Attorney’s office charged the basketball player from his arrest on August 30th.

On August 30th, the 33-year-old was pulled over by California Highway Patrol after driving recklessly in a white Mercedes on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley. Authorities described his driving as “serpentine manner” at speed of about 50mph.

The LA Times reports that California Highway Patrol described Odom’s condition stating, “objective signs of intoxication and was unable to perform field sobriety tests as explained and demonstrated.”

Once Khloe Kardashian’s husband was booked at the Van Nuys jail, he refused any chemical tests. Odom’s refusal of the chemical test will most likely result in loss of driving privileges for a year.

It’s been a particularly difficult time for Lamar and wife Khloe. Lamar recently checked into a rehab center but left in less than 24 hours.

Odom’s arraignment is scheduled for the same day as his fourth wedding anniversary, September 27th in Van Nuys, California.
