Martha Stewart took to Twitter to let out some serious steam after breaking her iPad recently.
According to the Huffington Post Stewart’s iPad screen cracked after dropping it and she had quite the Twitter rant about Apple Customer Service.
It began when Stewart tweeted, “I just dropped my iPad on the ground and shattered two glass corners. What to do? Does one call Apple to come and pick it up or do I take it?"
Then, Stewart started to show her impatience and told her followers, “I’m still waiting for an apple rep to come pick up my iPad. No action yey.
“Maybe I have had a good entrepreneurial idea? Apple Now? Like same day delivery from Amazon? I think I am on to something. Same day fix it!!!” she continued.
Eventually, Stewart was able to get her iPad the attention it needed by taking it into the Apple Store and she was much more forgiving with her words. Five hours after the incident, she tweeted, “Is it time to put out the fires and admit I was just pissed at the fact that my precious iPad shattered and I wanted to make light of it.”
E! Online reports that Apple wasn’t too happy about Stewart’s public comments, which led to Stewart tweeting one of the best name drops ever.
“I cannot believe that Apple Public Relations is mad at me for tweeting about my iPad and how to get it fixed! steve jobs gave it to me!” she wrote.
Stewart cleared up her incident with Apple on the Today Show where she shared her side of the story in more than 140 characters.
