Melissa Joan Hart is detailing her experimentation with drugs in her new tell-all book Melissa Explains It All.
The former Sabrina, the Teenage Witch star shared some of the shocking parts of her book with Life & Style, admitting she “experimented with weed, Ecstasy, mushrooms and mescaline” for a time in her life.
Also in the book, due out Oct. 29, she says she once turned down drugs from socialite Paris Hilton and “I was kind of running with a bad crowd,” but “I just didn’t enjoy taking drugs. I don’t like the loss of control.”
She recalled one story in particular, which was her “third or fourth time on Ecstasy,” during which she went to the Playboy mansion in 1999 and made out with another girl in the limo ride home. Still high on the drug, she went to a Maxim photoshoot.
Now married with three kids, Hart also dished about her past hook-ups.
E! Online notes she stated she had hooked up with Jerry O’Connell, who she called a “man wh-re,” and Backstreet Boy Nick Carter. Although she didn’t hook up with Ashton Kutcher, she said they “didn’t get along” and she kicked him out of parties she had twice on account of his “smartass remarks.”
