A source near Miley Cyrus has revealed that the 20-year-old singer is very upset that Liam Hemsworth was seen smooching Eiza Gonzalez only one day after their break up went public.
The source said, “She knows Liam has been seeing Eiza, and it’s been hard for her. She can’t believe he moved on so fast and so publically,” according to People.
Cyrus and Hemsworth announced their broken-off engagement on Monday; he was seen kissing Gonzalez the next day. Gonzalez, who is the same age as Hemsworth, 23, is a singer and actress, according to USA Today. She met Hemsworth in Los Angeles last weekend, and things escalated quickly.
Gonzalez dodged questions about her new fling while she was in Mexico promoting the Spanish-language DVD release of The Croods. When asked if Hemsworth was one of her favorite parts of LA, she coyly responded, “Los Angeles is a city that energizes me. The city is constantly growing and has a great movie culture.”
When probed further, she simply said, “Today, I am here on this job and I am happy. I have nothing to say about that matter."
