Robert Griffin III feels he needs to get tougher on his teammates.
Griffin III does not want to lose a third in a row after going down to the Packers 38-20. after the game Griffin III said he believes in positive reinforcement but is willing to change his approach if it means winning games.
The sophomore quarterback was 26 of 40 for 320 yards and three touchdowns, most of those numbers coming in the second half with the Redskins down three scores, USA Today reports.
"If those guys want me to go out there and be the stern leader, then I'm willing to do that," he said. "I got some of that from my teammates on the sideline, asking me to do some more, not necessarily change who I am as a person, but if they want me to be hard on them, I'll be hard on them."
