The season premiere of Survivor topped Wednesday night TV ratings.
The 27th season of the reality TV show might have topped the ratings, it still debuted to lower ratings than last year, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The 90-minute episode was down 17 percent and drew a 2.6 rating among the 18-49 demographic.
Other unscripted shows saw lower ratings, including the season finale for Big Brother. The ratings were a series' low at 2.4. Despite this, CBS still won the night with its programming, averaging a 2.5 among adults 18-49.
The two-hour episode of X-Factor remained the same as last week's premiere with 6.6 million viewers and a 2.5 among 18-49.
NBC's Million Second Quiz's second-to-last episode improved slightly from Tuesday, but was still only a 1.2.
Los Angeles Times reports America's Got Talent improved slightly, getting a 2.5 among 18-49, and had 11.3 million viewers, which is up 7 percent from last year.
The shows $1 million winner was Kenichi Ebina, who wowed judges with martial arts and illusion filled dance routines.
THR notes ABC showed only reruns as it prepares for new shows next week and averaged 3.5 million viewers and a 1.0 for 18-49.
