10. Larry Craig was a Republican senator from Ohio. On June 11, 2007, he was caught initiating sex with another man at the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport. But it turned out that the man was an undercover police officer and he was arrested at the airport. He was arrested on suspicion of lewd conduct. He resigned from the senate in September but later changed his mind. He didn’t run again in 2008.
9. Detriot mayor Kwame Kilpatrick was caught in a sexting scandal with city official, Christine Beatty. They were both married. A lawsuit was filed and they both denied the affair in court. In 2008, Kilpatrick pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice and he was sentenced to four months in jail.
8.Herman Cain was a 2012 presidential nominee. He was accused of sexual harassment and adultery. Two women accused him of sexual harassment while he was CEO of the National Restaurant Association. He later suspended his campaign.
7.John Ensign was a Nevada senator who was forced to admit an affair that he carried on with a campaign staffer, who was married. The husband also worked with him on his campaign. The affair lasted for a year.

He cheated on his wife while she was dying of cancer with Marianne Ginther. Then while he was married to Ginter, he began an affair with Calistta Bisek, who he also married. Ironically, he voted to impeach former President Bill Clinton because Clinton also had an affair. He also believes that gays ruin the sanctity of marriage, guess his infidelities don’t count.
5.Mark Sanford was the governor of South Carolina when he disappeared for 4 days and claimed he was hiking the Appalachian trail but he was nowhere near it. He was in Argentina, spending time with his mistress. He resigned as head of the Republican Governor’s Association.
4. Anthony Weiner was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. In 2011, he got caught sending inappropriate pics to women from his Twitter account. He denied it, but eventually confessed to sending nude photos to six women. He later resigned from Congress. But he couldn’t keep his wiener off the internet because it was revealed on July 23,2012, that he was sending pictures to a 22 year old woman. He was running for mayor of New York.
3.Elliott Spitzer was the governor of New York, when news broke that he was a “john” in a prostitution ring. Ashley Dupree was his woman of choice, who he spent time with in Washington D.C. He was forced to resign.
2. John Edwards was running for Vice President. He was having an affair with his videographer that was working on his campaign. Her name was Rielle Hunter. John Edwards’s wife, Elizabeth was dying of breast cancer. He first denied the affair, but then later confessed. When a story came out about a possible baby, he flat out denied it until he couldn’t anymore. In 2011,he was indicted on six felony charges because the North Carolina grand jury believed he was using campaign funds to cover his affair.
1. President Bill Clinton had an affair with White House intern, Monica Lewinsky. Lewinsky told her close friend, Linda Tripp about the affair and Linda recorded the conversation. She turned the tapes over. President Clinton committed perjury when he said he didn’t have sexual relations with her. He was later impeached.
