Bill Murray is rumored to star in a new film alongside Bradley Cooper.

The untitled Sony project will be the work of Cameron Crowe, with Scott Rudin producing, and is set to release sometime in 2014, a source tells The Wrap.

The film will be a romantic comedy about a defense contractor (Cooper), assigned to a weapons satellite launch from Hawaii, who falls in love with an Air Force pilot (Emma Stone). They team up to try and stop the launch.

The film also stars Rachael McAdams, Danny McBride, Alec Baldwin, and Jay Baruchel.

Murray's role in the film is still unknown, and it will be the first time he works with Crowe.

The New York Daily Post reports that Murray's latest film, The Monuments Men will be released in theatres Dec. 18.

The movie, based on a novel by Robert Edsel, follows museum curators and art historians who preserve cultural treasures from destruction.

He works alongside Geoge Clooney, Matt Damon, John Goodman, and Cate Blanchett.
