Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer, the ex-wife of Fraiser’s Kelsey Grammer, has filed a temporary restraining order against her boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos.
Grammer, 45, claims in the legal documents filed by her lawyer Larry Stein that Charalambopoulos physically abused her in the days following surgery for a hysterectomy.
It all started when the couple got into a fight because a woman was texting and eventually called Charalambopoulos around 1:30am. After they started to argue, Grammer claims he pulled out chunks of her hair by slamming her head into the headboard of the Houston, Texas hotel they were staying in.
Grammer also claimed he "squeezed my nose between his finger and pushed upward forcefully, covering my mouth in an attempt to silence me to prevent me from breathing."
She said he told her, "I wanna smash your head in. I'll give you a reason to call the cops.” A judge granted her the restraining order and ordered him to stay 100 yards away from both Grammer and her two children.
Grammer took to Twitter after the incident and wrote:
Info will come out today that is jaw dropping. And women can't be silenced after being physically abused!
