Last Thursday's episode of Glee, “Quarterback,” is an episode in which the New Directions remember Finn, who was played by the late Cory Monteith. Since then, #RememberingCory continued to trend on Twitter. Fans and celebrities alike took to Twitter to respond to the episode's beautifully-written special tribute. Here's a look at various celebrity tweets after the airing of the episode.

A few of these celebrities included Pitch Perfect's Rebel Wilson, ex-American Idol judge Paula Abdul and the “Better Dig Two” country group The Band Perry.

When actress Olivia Munn, watched the tribute, she thought about treasuring the finer things in life, tweeting that “we should all give more hugs.”

Celebrities such as Modern Family's Sarah Hyland, Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes, Dancing with the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba and “One Step at a Time” singer Jordin Sparks tweeted that they watched the tribute with a box of tissues nearby, bawling during the touching episode.

Other celebrities, including Seventh Heaven's Beverley Mitchell, tweeted about the tribute's success, congratulating other stars on the show such as Lea Michele and Amer Riley.

As well as celebrity fans of the show, Glee's cast and staff also took to Twitter to respond to the tribute. Kevin McHale (Artie) commented on the production of the show, saying that the episode was made with love and tears. Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina) wrote about the loss of a good friend and quarterback, while Dot-Marie Jones (Coach Shannon Beiste) was thankful to be a part of the Glee family. The show's staff writer Matthew Hodgson and Darren Criss (Blaine) tweeted that the tribute was a successful but difficult goodbye. Glee creator Ryan Murphy and executive music producer Adam Anders thanked fans for watching what Amber Patrice Riley (Mercedes) called a very special tribute and expressed that they all miss Monteith.
