Chris Brown has announced he has entered a rehab facility for anger management issues after his latest arrest early Sunday.

Brown is due back in court on Nov. 25 for his reduced charge of misdemeanor assault.

A rep for the “Fine China” singer, 24, said in a statement to E! News on Tuesday, "Chris Brown has elected to enter a rehab facility.His goal is to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behavior, enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point."

Brown is being accused of punching a man in the face outside of the W Hotel in Washington D.C. in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Brown met with L.A. County Probation Department after getting released from jail in D.C., TMZ reports.

He was released from jail on Monday without posting bail. He has the possibility of facing jail time considering he’s still on probation from his 2009 incident with ex-girlfriend Rihanna. He faces up to four years in prison.
