Clint Eastwood’s wife of 17 years, Dina, has filed for divorce from the Hollywood legend.
Back in August, there were tabloid rumors that the two had separated and in September, Dina filed for a legal separation. They have reportedly been living apart for a over a year.
People now reports that Dina had withdrawn the papers for a separation a few months ago, but on Monday, she filed for divorce in Monterey County Superior Court in Carmel, California. She cited irreconcilable differences.
Dina and Eastwood are the parents of Morgan, 16. She is seeking joint custody and spousal support and attorney fees from the Million Dollar Baby director.
Sources for People say that Eastwood is currently dating Erica Fisher. One of her sons from a previous relationship has been working with Eastwood as a production assistant on Jersey Boys, the film adaption of the hit musical the Oscar winner is working on.
“This is really sad,” a source told People in September about the split. “They were great partners for many years.”
Dina recently appeared on an E! reality series called Eastwood & Company that featured Morgan and Francesca Eastwood, Eastwood’s daughter from a previous relationship.
