In Corey Feldman's new memoir Coreyography, the former child actor discusses abuse that he and Corey Haim dealt with through their life.
Feldman talks about sexual abuse that Haim told his new found friend about while on the set of 1986's Lucas, reports New York Post.
The Lost Boys actor wrote, "an adult male convinced him it was perfectly normal for older men and younger boys in the business to have sexual relations, that it was what all the guys do. So they walked off to a secluded area between two trailers ... and Haim allowed himself to be sodomized."
After telling Feldman this, he asked, "So, I guess we should play around like that, too?" Feldman notes he passed on the offer.
According to The Huffington Post , Feldman also detailed his own history at the hands of older men. A man named "Ron," that his father brought on as an assistant abused Feldman and introduced him to drugs.
Feldman would struggle with drugs until being arrested in 1990 for heroin. Two more drug arrests would follow until he went clean. His fellow Corey never managed the same thing and would later die in 2010 of pneumonia.
The NY Post also noted Feldman's home life wasn't great either according to the memoir. His father only wanted to get high with him and his mother was a former Playboy model who had her own issues. The memoir details how she treated him poorly from a young age.
Corey Feldman's Coreyography is out Oct. 28.
