Here’s our daily wrap for Tuesday, October 15th:

The fourth season of The Walking Dead premiered Sunday night and the amount of viewers that tuned in were at an all time high. 16.1 million viewers tuned in to the season premiere with 10.4 million of those viewers being in the 18-49 year age range. Those numbers beat the season three finale which brought in 12.4 million viewers with 8.1 million in the 18-49 range.

Kris Humphries sold ex-wife Kim Kardashian’s engagement ring for $749,000 on Tuesday. The ring, which was 16.21 carats, was estimated to go for $300-$500,000 and Humphries was “very pleased” with how much the ring sold for. A spokesperson for Christie’s said the bidding “bounced between two phone bidders and two bidders in the back of the room.”

Natalie Portman and husband Benjamin Millipeid are moving to Paris. The two will also be moving with two year old son Aleph. Portman expressed her excitement for the move in the November issue of Marie Claire. "I just really, really love it here. It's one of the most exciting places to be in the world right now.”

Ivanka Trump welcomed a baby boy with husband Jared Kushner. Trump and Kushner married in 2009 and have a 2-year-old daughter, Arabella. The couple confirmed in April they were expecting a second child but refused to divulge the gender due to “superstition.”

Head of Germany’s Haribo candy company, Hans Reigel, died at the age of 90. The company was founded by Reigel’s father in 1920 and is best known for its Haribo Gummy Bears.
