Dolly Parton was briefly hospitalized on Monday after getting into a car accident in Nashville.
Her friend Judy Ogle was driving with Parton when the vehicle was struck by another a Nashville Police Department rep told TMZ. Details are still coming out, but the police say that the accident was not Ogle's fault.
The 67-year-old singer was taken to a nearby hospital after sustaining minor injuries from the crash. She was released late in the day, evidently no real worse for wear.
The "From Here To The Moon" singer took to Twitter to let her fans knows that the she was okay after the fender-bender, the Daily Mail is reporting.
She tweeted, "I was in a fender bender this morning here in Nashville, but I am all good." The singer added, "Just a little tired and sore. Resting at home now!"
Last week, Parton busted out some rapping skills for The Queen Latifah Show, according to USA Today. She dressed up with a blonde afro, plenty of jewelry and sang, "Oh, she the queen of her own hood," towards Latifah. "But I'm the queen of Dollywood. I own my territory. Put that in your pipe smoke it!"
She then mined smoking a joint.
