Country Music Hall of Famer Dolly Parton was involved a car accident while she was in Nashville, Tennessee on Monday. The country legend, 67, was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for treatment after the crash.
Parton was in the passenger seat of a Nissan Xterra when they collided with another car at the intersection of Vaulx Lane and Kirkwood Avenue at 11:41am when the other driver involved didn’t yield.
A local report states Parton only received minor injuries. She addressed the incident on Twitter, calling it a fender bender, telling her fans “I am all good... Just a little tired and sore. Resting at home now!”

"Parton received minor injuries," said Nashville Police Department in a statement.
The Tennessean notes the driver of the other vehicle involved was taken to a different hospital, Centennial Medical Center.
The driver of the vehicle Parton was riding in, Judy Ogle, 68, was also taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
